FEEL DAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to FEEL DAY. By purchasing a ticket, registering, attending, or entering the event premises, you (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all attendees, volunteers, presenters, vendors, sponsors, DJs, photographers, and any other participants.

1. Participation & Eligibility

By attending any FEEL DAY event, you agree to follow all event rules, staff directions, and safety guidelines. FEEL DAY reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for any reason, including violations of these Terms & Conditions, without refund.

2. Drug, Tobacco, & Alcohol Policy (Zero Tolerance)

FEEL DAY is a strictly drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free event. Possession, use, or distribution of drugs or alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the property, including:

Event spaces

Bunkhouses & private rooms

Parking areas

Outdoor gathering areas

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and a permanent ban from future events.

3. Accommodations

Attendees agree and understand the following:

Standard lodging includes a shared bunkhouse bed.

Private casitas/cabins are available for an additional cost and sleep up to 4 people.

Tent, car, or RV camping is not permitted.

Unless staying in a private room, attendees must bring their own sheets, pillows, blankets, and linens.

No refrigerators, kitchens, microwaves, or cooking appliances are provided unless in a private cabin/casita.

Attendees are responsible for storing personal food without refrigeration.

All accommodations remain drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free.

5. Personal Belongings & Security

FEEL DAY does not provide lockers or secured storage. Attendees are solely responsible for their own personal items. (3 day weekend)

FEEL DAY is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings

Personal injury or accidents

Self-inflicted harm or negligence

Attendees assume full responsibility for their person and property.

6. Curfew Policy for 3 day Weekend

All attendees must be in their assigned bunkhouse or private room by 11:30 PM each night unless prior approval is granted by FEEL DAY staff.

7. Safety, Consent, & Conduct

FEEL DAY maintains a consent-centered culture. All interactions must be grounded in respect, boundaries, and explicit consent. Harassment, misconduct, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Photography, Videography & Media Rights

By attending FEEL DAY, you grant FEEL DAY the unrestricted right to:

Photograph, film, or otherwise record you

Use your image, likeness, voice, biographical material, or performance

Edit, modify, crop, retouch, or combine your likeness with other materials

Use recordings worldwide, in perpetuity, royalty-free

Recordings may be used for marketing, social media, advertising, livestreams, printed materials, promotional campaigns, internal documentation, and commercial or non-commercial purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve final materials and release FEEL DAY and its partners from all claims.

9. Limited Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in all and any FEEL DAY events involves inherent risks, including physical activity, outdoor terrain, and group experiences. By attending, you assume all risks and release FEEL DAY, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from liability for:

Injury or illness

Property loss

Actions of other attendees

Weather or environmental conditions

This release applies even in cases of FEEL DAY’s ordinary and gross negligence.

10. No Refund Policy

All tickets and payments are 100% non-refundable, including for:

Illness or travel issues

Changes in schedule

Dissatisfaction

Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, emergencies)

By purchasing a ticket, you agree fully to this policy.

11. Privacy Policy (Data Collection & Use)

FEEL DAY collects limited personal information necessary to operate the event, including:

Name, email, and phone number

Emergency contact

Lodging or dietary selections

Payment information (processed through a third-party processor)

Your information may be used for:

Event communication & updates

Emergency notifications

Marketing future FEEL DAY events

We do not sell your information. Data is stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.

12. Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receive communications from FEEL DAY via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other platforms designated by the event.

13. Additional Venue Waiver Required (3 Day Weekend)

All attendees must sign a waiver. Entry is not permitted until both:

FEEL DAY Terms & Conditions and waivers have been signed.

14. Right to Refuse Service

FEEL DAY reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone who poses a safety risk, disrupts the environment, or violates event policies.

15. Modifications to Terms

FEEL DAY may update these Terms at any time. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By purchasing a ticket or entering any FEEL DAY event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy above.
